  1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MotoTable website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to make exceptions to these policies at our sole discretion. Customer satisfaction is our top priority; please see the contact information at the end of this document to reach our customer service team.

  1. Eligibility and Orders

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. Full payment must be received and cleared before products are dispatched.

  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable substances, gift cards, or downloadable software.
  • Process: Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved. Credits will be applied to the original method of payment.
  • Sale Items: Sale items will be refunded at the price paid at the time of purchase.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted only if an item arrives defective or damaged.
  1. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping practices and responsibilities are detailed in our separate Shipping Policy. Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” the risk of loss transfers to the customer. For added security, we offer a Signature Required delivery service. To make this accessible, MotoTable subsidizes the cost, charging the customer a flat fee of $10.00.

  1. User Conduct and Intellectual Property

By using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful activities, post abusive or defamatory content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or disrupt site operations. All content—including text, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the property of MotoTable or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our site will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoTable disclaims liability for any damages resulting from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
